Highberg is looking to strengthen its Marketing team with a Marketing Project Manager. The Marketing Project Manager will act as the link between the marketing department and the two hubs (business units), Organizational & Sustainability (O&S) and Digital, within our organization. 

What you will do as Marketing Project Manager

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a full pipeline of impactful marketing activities that meet specific business objectives for both business units. Additionally, you will ensure the quality and encourage best practices and creativity in the development of each marketing campaign.

What will you be doing as a Marketing Project Manager

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from both hubs to define positioning, marketing needs, planning, and budgeting.

  • Develop and implement customized marketing plans and campaigns for each hub;

  • Coordinate marketing activities across various channels (digital, traditional, and experiential);

  • Monitor and analyze marketing results, optimize when necessary, and provide insights for future strategies;

  • Foster creativity and innovation within the hubs by encouraging new ideas;

  • Act as the point of contact for event organizations like Heliview and ensure seamless integration of these events into our marketing strategy.

What do we ask for?

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing role;

  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and collaborating with diverse stakeholders;

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Contentkalender.nl, LinkedIn (Ads), and Google Ads;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
