Privacy Consultant
Digital Transformation – Zoetermeer
What are you going to do as Privacy consultant?
As a Privacy consultant at Highberg, you work on challenging and diverse privacy issues for a wide range of clients. You not only provide advice on the legal aspects of privacy but also ensure that organizations can implement privacy in a practical and workable way, without hindering their ambitions. Sometimes you sit at the table as a strategic advisor to the executive board, while at other times, you take on the role of interim Data Protection Officer or lead a GDPR implementation project. Whatever your role, you always maintain a focus on balancing privacy with the client’s organizational goals.
“In a recent project, I helped a healthcare organization restructure their privacy policy and implement privacy by design in a program focused on care technology. This allowed them to comply with the GDPR while simultaneously piloting innovative digital healthcare solutions. By integrating privacy from the start, organizations can innovate responsibly—great challenges to work on with our clients!”

About the team
At Highberg, we are proactive, positive, and enjoy working together. This way, we help each other learn new things and bring out the best in ourselves. In addition to enjoying our work, we also like to do fun activities together. Every year, we have a team outing to a colleague's farm, where we enjoy a delicious buffet featuring organic vegetables from their land. We've even camped out there once! We also spent a few days together skiing in the winter. Furthermore, (Young) Highberg regularly organizes fun parties and gatherings where we always have a lot of laughs together. One thing we definitely don’t do is take ourselves too seriously, which helps maintain a relaxed atmosphere.
We are happy to help!
