As a Senior consultant strategic AI, you not only implement AI solutions for our clients but also play a central role in developing AI strategies. Examples of projects you will carry out as Senior consultant strategic AI
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing AI strategies within large public organizations, aimed at achieving their core objectives. These strategies may focus on improving service delivery, supporting complex (government) decisions, and optimizing processes.
- Analyzing and advising on the required capabilities within organizations to successfully apply AI. This involves identifying the right personnel, adjusting organizational structures, optimizing processes, navigating legal frameworks, and effectively managing technology and data.
- Guiding our clients through their digital transformation, with a specific focus on AI. This requires close collaboration with various departments within the organization to ensure an integrated approach.

What are we asking?
A completed HBO (Bachelor's) or WO (Master's) degree, preferably in the field of data science, information management, organizational studies, or business administration;
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a consultant, expert, and/or project leader in the field of data & AI;
Knowledge of, experience with, and/or a vision on the use of AI in (public) organizations;
Experience as a data scientist or data engineer is a plus, but not required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.

The Data & AI expertise group consists of approximately 25 consultants, offering a balanced mix of experience and energy. We focus on themes such as data-driven work, data management/governance, data regulation, and AI. In addition to projects, we actively engage in knowledge and market development on these themes in varying compositions. This helps us learn new things and bring out the best in ourselves. Monthly group meetings provide a forum to delve into topics, as well as enjoy meals and drinks together, fostering camaraderie and allowing us to get to know each other beyond our professional roles.
