About the team

At Highberg, we are proactive, positive, and enjoy working together. We help each other learn new things and strive to bring out the best in ourselves. In addition to enjoying our work, we also like to have fun together. Each year, we have a team outing to a colleague's farm where we enjoy a delicious buffet with organic vegetables from their own land. We've even camped out together once. We've also spent a few days skiing together on a winter sports trip. Furthermore, (Young) Highberg organizes fun parties and gatherings regularly where we share many laughs together. One thing we definitely don't do is take ourselves too seriously, which creates a relaxed atmosphere.
