Projectmanager Digital Transformation
Digital Transformation - Zoetermeer
What are you going to do as Projectmanager digital transformation?
As a Digital transformation project manager, no day is the same. You develop project and program plans, conduct environmental analyses, act as a results-oriented information advisor, or improve collaboration between various employees within a large organization in a project for which you are (co-)responsible. The topics with which you assist our clients in their transformation to an agile organization vary by project: from IT governance to data organization, process improvement, and digital innovation. This allows you to gain a lot of new knowledge in a short period. We utilize tailored methods such as (Scaled) Agile, PRINCE2, Agile Program Management, and MSP.
"Highberg continually surprises me in various aspects. The combination of wonderful people and their deep knowledge, the unique atmosphere, the impact we make with our projects, and not to forget our clients. They provide me with an ecosystem that allows me to continuously develop both personally and professionally."
Hans Oeij, Projectmanager digital transformation at Highberg

What is our vision on digital transformation?
Society is constantly evolving. Customers, competitors, legislation, and technological innovation require organizations to continuously adapt. Developments happen quickly. Change is difficult. We often see a dichotomy emerging, where the line organization is seen as the guardian of continuity, while the project organization is responsible for innovation. Highberg's project and program managers bring these two worlds together, because we believe that (digital) transformation projects do not exist in isolation. Our approach emphasizes the coherence between organization, communication, and technology, with a central focus on integrating these aspects.
