Mike is an ambitious, loyal, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial person. He excels at the intersection of technology and business administration and has 26 years of experience in IT Consulting, Process Management, and IT Outsourcing. With this knowledge and background, he enables organizations to make informed decisions regarding the optimization of their ICT services. Mike's ambition is to bridge the gap between business processes and ICT services. The optimization of user satisfaction, facilitating innovation, and ensuring risk management are the three key pillars to which Mike contributes in organizations, ensuring that business and ICT are well-aligned.
As an Interim Manager of Information Management and as a Manager of IT Outsourcing Consultancy, Mike has led various teams and developed them both personally and process-wise. In numerous organizations, Mike has guided IT outsourcing projects, including IT roadmaps and transition management. He is currently working with clients in both the commercial and public sectors on sourcing strategies and implementation plans, with a focus on process optimization.
