As an Associate, Interim Director or Manager, Frits is an inspirer, team player, and connector. He has the ability to bridge differences between employees, organizational units, and/or organizations. He is also capable of developing vision together with employees and other organizations, translating it into a strategy including necessary course corrections, with a clear focus on execution from the outset of the strategy. In doing so, he creates conditions where safety, inclusivity, and integrity are inherent. As a supervisor, Frits also sees inspiring and challenging the board as a key role, alongside the traditional supervisory and employer roles. Instilling trust is a keyword for him. By giving trust, he fosters safety and transparency. As a program or change manager, Frits emphasizes the importance of involving people in the need for change and structuring the process in a way that colleagues want to participate and (interim) successes contribute to a positive atmosphere around the change process. Through his experience as a partner and entrepreneur, Frits also counts entrepreneurship among his personal skills. He has further developed this as a shareholder of the private components of the STC Group, which also operate in a competitive international context.
