Projectmanager digital transformation

Projectmanager digital transformation

Digital Transformation - Zoetermeer

What will you do as a Project Manager Digital Transformation?

As a Project Manager Digital Transformation, no day is the same. You will develop project and program plans, conduct an environmental analysis, act as a results-oriented information advisor, or improve collaboration between different employees within a large organization in a project for which you are (co)responsible. The subject with which you help our clients in their transformation to an agile organization varies per project: from IT governance to data organization, process improvement, and digital innovation. This allows you to gain a lot of new knowledge in a short time. We use customized methods.

What is our vision for a Project Manager Digital Transformation?

Society is constantly evolving. Customers, competitors, legislation, and technological innovation demand that organizations continuously adapt. Developments move quickly. Change is difficult. We often see a division where the line organization is seen as the guardian of continuity, while the project organization is responsible for innovation. Highberg’s project and program managers bring these two worlds together because we believe that (digital) transformation projects do not stand alone. Our approach emphasizes the interconnection between organization, communication, and technology, focusing on the synergy between these aspects.
