What will you do as an Office Support Employee?

Once you are settled in, there is an opportunity to expand your tasks with more commercial, contractual, As an Office Support Employee, you, along with 7 other colleagues, are responsible for providing secretarial, marketing, and commercial support to our consultants, (project) managers, and directors. 

You are the face and first point of contact for Highberg, which means we are looking for a representative colleague who can present themselves professionally and service-oriented. Someone who is flexible, can switch between different tasks, and keeps a cool head when various tasks are required of you simultaneously under time pressure.

Once you are settled in, there is an opportunity to expand your tasks with more commercial, contractual, legal, or financial responsibilities. Think of finding suitable candidates for assignments, contractual documentation, or maintaining customer contact regarding the deployment and financial handling of candidates.

Your tasks as an Office Support Employee at Highberg:

  • Editing texts, proposals, and drafting letters in the correct house style;
  • Complex calendar management, coordinating with clients, suppliers, and Highberg colleagues;
  • Assisting in organizing employee or client events and seminars by finding locations, sending mailings, or preparing necessities for the event;
  • Administrative processing of awards, requests, or necessary documentation for the deployment of employees or third parties;
  • Other secretarial tasks such as answering the phone, welcoming visitors, and handling mail or other matters for Highberg colleagues.

What do we ask?

  • • Editing texts, proposals, and drafting letters in the correct house style;

What do we ask?

  • • HBO work and thinking level;

  • • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar work environment;

  • • Available for at least 32 hours a week and able to be physically present at Highberg for at least half of that time;

  • • Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.

Who are you?

  • • You have a customer-oriented and service-minded attitude, both externally (clients and suppliers) and internally (colleagues, managers, directors);

  • • A proactive person who knows how to get things done, is flexible, and thinks along;

  • • Someone who can deliver careful work under time pressure;

  • • Experience with Office 365 (MS Teams, SharePoint), Salesforce, and Qics is a plus.

About the team

At Highberg, we are proactive, positive, and enjoy working together. We help each other learn new things and get the best out of ourselves. Within Digital Transformation, you fall under the Program Management & Communication expertise group. This group consists of about 30 people, including both employees and associates with a wide variety of backgrounds. During our monthly expertise group meeting, we share knowledge and catch up over a meal and drinks. We also have monthly plenary sessions, so despite the many external assignments, you also see and talk to your other colleagues regularly.
