A successful People Analytics transformation starts with filling in a number of prerequisites. First, understanding the current situation. Second, a clear north star is required. Third, a roadmap is fleshed out which leads from the current situation to the desired situation. All three of these elements are filled in from a number of angles. These include structure, process, technology and people. In the Strategy & Design phase, Highberg uses interviews, desk research and workshops to map out the above issues in a short period of time and organizes support for the change. Strategy & Design is of added value for organizations on the eve of their People Analytics Transformation, but is also used by organizations that have stagnated, or want to accelerate.

Once the People Analytics strategy is in place and support has been created for the change to data-driven HR, the ropes can really come off! At this stage, the collaboration with Highberg can take different forms, depending on the client's requirements. At one end of the spectrum, Highberg acts in the role of advisor and coaches the People Analytics Transformation leader in implementing the transformation. At the other end of the spectrum is People Analytics Outsourcing. Highberg provides a turn-key People Analytics team that removes client concerns and brings the client to the desired situation at lightning speed. In between, all kinds of solutions are possible such as interim People Analytics roles, or blended People Analytics teams in which Highberg provides capacity or knowledge on specific roles or themes in addition to the capacity and knowledge the client has in-house.
