Ed is a Partner at Highberg. Ed has over 25 years of experience in making digital transformation successful. He serves as an independent critical advisor for major ICT and change projects for organizations such as the Tax Authority, UWV, and Cadastre. Additionally, Ed has experience in developing sourcing strategies and successfully delivering multiple European tenders. Ed has over 25 years of experience as a Program Manager and Independent Critical Advisor (contrarian thinker). He has extensive experience in implementing complex change projects involving ICT in politically challenging environments. He also has substantial experience in auditing strategic ICT projects. For example, Ed reviewed the AVP program plan and the FMS for the Police in 2014 and periodically provided efficiency and feasibility risk analyses for the core system of the Cadastre as a quality reviewer. In our consultancy practice, Ed ensures that complex ICT projects meet the requirements of the ICT Assessment Advisory Board (AcICT). Ed also leads the experienced group of program managers and communication professionals at Highberg. Ed has 10 years of experience advising on and realizing complex ICT and change projects in politically challenging environments for organizations such as the Police, UWV, City of Amsterdam, RWS, KPN, CMG, ProRail, NS, and SVB.
