Cleo van Engelen

At Highberg, Cleo is the manager of the Sourcing and IT Governance team. This team consists of consultants who deal with IT design issues, mainly in the (semi) public sector, from acquisition to realization. In addition, she is also a consultant and Cleo deals with ICT issues where ICT can make a concrete contribution to the (business) objectives of an organization. She sees ICT as a means that an organization can use strategically, tactically and operationally to realize organizational improvement. She carries out assignments in the areas of policy (where do we want to go, what do we want to achieve), acquisition (how do we get what we want), realization (how do we fit a chosen solution into the organization) and execution (how do we maintain control over the (IT) organization). In her view, results within a part of this chain are only achieved if you can see the dependencies and coherence of the whole. Cleo likes to help organizations with this.
