Arco thrives on assignments where innovation and management intersect, often aimed at gaining better control over IT. He excels at translating complex technical issues into business decisions and vice versa. Arco enjoys the various facets of assignments, from developing requirements in depth to managing all the loose ends, in roles such as advisor, (interim) manager, project leader, or facilitator.
He is also frequently engaged as an independent advisor in situations where clients have disagreements with suppliers. Arco is enthusiastic, analytically strong, and has broad expertise. He is capable of connecting IT clients and suppliers in solutions. In the past 11 years, Arco has completed around 100 assignments for more than 30 organizations as an advisor on IT issues. He has often taken on the roles of content project leader, (independent) advisor, and connector.
The various assignments have been carried out in both public and private organizations, ranging from water boards to law firms and from healthcare providers to financial service providers. Many of the assignments Arco has undertaken have been with ministries and public service organizations.
