Amy van Zuydam

Amy Van Zuydam (1988) is a consultant at Highberg. Amy specialises in change management and facilitating business transformation. Originally from Johannesburg South Africa, she is experienced at running large-scale, cross-border transformations across a variety of geographical and cultural contexts.

Amy’s background in Psychology aligns to her interest in employee behaviour and embedding culture in the workplace. She relies on her strong interpersonal skills to build trust, foster collaboration and ensure alignment within organisations, thereby influencing and enabling the business to achieve its transformation goals. Amy holds a Masters in Research, contributing towards her exploratory approach to problem-solving and her enjoyment of finding creative solutions to overcome hurdles to change.
