December 31 - December 30, 2025, 11:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Your Office

HR & People Analytics
Note: The training is available in-company on request.
Do you have multiple Excel sheets with employee data but struggle to consolidate them efficiently? Are you frequently copying and pasting HR data just to conduct an analysis? Do you spend time every month on data-cleaning tasks to prepare reports? Would you like to create a clear, automated dashboard? If so, this training is perfect for you!
In this course, you will gain practical tools to extract more value from Excel with ease. You’ll learn how to make your Excel data more insightful and create interactive visual dashboards that highlight complex relationships at a glance. Even experienced users will discover new techniques. After completing this training, you’ll be equipped to use Excel more effectively and efficiently in your daily work. This 3-day training will significantly enhance your Excel skills.
The real advantage lies in some (often hidden) Excel add-ins. This course will teach you how to automate data processing with Power Query, so you no longer need to manually clean data each month. You’ll also learn to work with advanced formulas that aren’t possible in regular pivot tables but can be achieved with Power Pivot (Super Pivot Tables). After this training, you’ll be amazed at the possibilities this extended version of Excel offers for your daily work.
You'll be able to use Excel as a database for all your HR data, build dynamic dashboards, and automatically update them with new data. Excel is excellent for providing deeper insight into your data. Conclusion: with this course you will have the tools to analyze your own HR data: What are the trends? And what are the projections for the coming months?
