Training conditions
At Highberg we apply conditions for all our training courses. You must agree to these when registering, so please read them carefully.
Cancellation by Highberg
Highberg will make every effort to ensure that training takes place, but reserves the right to cancel training at any time. Highberg is not responsible for costs incurred by the client as a result of the postponement or cancellation of the training. If a training has been canceled by Highberg, the client will be offered the option to transfer the booking to another training or to have the course fee already paid refunded.
Cancellation by student
The student has a 7-day reflection period after registration and can cancel during this reflection period without costs, as the training has not been taken during this period. Free cancellation is also possible up to 20 working days (four weeks) before the start of the training, after which (part of) the registration fee is due. If you cancel between 20 working days and 10 working days before the start, 25% of the costs will be charged, after which the full registration fee is due. Cancellation must always be made in writing. If a student is unable to attend a training, the student is entitled to have a substitute participate in the training.
Settlement and invoicing
All rates are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise. The total amount for the training will be invoiced no later than two weeks before the start of the training or immediately after booking (if booked within 14 days before the start of the training). Payment of the full invoice amount must be made within fourteen days of the invoice date. Highberg reserves the right to refuse participation in the training if the invoice is not paid on time.
Training content
Highberg ensures adequate and sound quality of the training. The training program is described on the Highberg website. Highberg reserves the right to make changes to the program and/or to change the time, location and place of the training sessions. Highberg also reserves the right to replace announced teachers. Highberg will inform the students in a timely manner. Any complaints regarding the (quality of the) training must be made known to Highberg in writing. All information and (work) materials obtained by the student from or on behalf of Highberg in the context of a training are exclusively intended for the student's own use or his organization. The student is not permitted to develop or provide a similar training course himself or in collaboration with third parties on the basis of the training provided by Highberg, the curricula developed by Highberg and the teaching materials used therein and to use Highberg's teaching materials for this purpose, without express prior written permission. from Highberg.
