How do we investigate the root causes of absenteeism in your organization?
Method?
We link absenteeism data with both HR data and Employee Survey data, and optionally with Health Check (PMO) data, to gain in-depth insights. This combination allows us to determine which factors cause absenteeism.
Outcome?
An overview of the themes to target to reduce absenteeism, with the underlying aspects of each theme that are important.
What is needed?
- Absenteeism history of employees
- HR data on controllable variables, such as the number of team members, department, age, and gender of the manager.
- ESS data to link the employee's perception to the likelihood of absenteeism.
- Other completed questionnaires, such as a PMO. (Optional)
Added Value?
Speed in reducing absenteeism! We identify which factors are associated with absenteeism and rank them by importance. This enables organizations to focus on the 3-5 points with the most impact. This approach helps in designing action plans and policies that address the primary causes of absenteeism. By working with focus, you increase the chances of effectively reducing absenteeism.
