Rolf is an energetic advisor focused on sustainably improving business performance by optimally utilizing the potential of employees. More than 25 years of experience in various industries as a (management) consultant, program manager and (interim) manager. Rolf is involved in improvement projects "from start to finish", from analysis to design and actual realization of the improvement. He achieves improvement by advising, supporting where possible and confronting where necessary.
Rolf has experience with the organizational, process, change and IT aspects of change, and combine this with a solid background in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Logistics / Production / Warehousing / Distribution (APICS CPIM), Agile / Scrum ( Certified Scrum Master/Product Owner) and ICT (ERP/SAP/WMS/CRM/Dashboarding).
