As a consultant, program manager and (interim) manager at the municipal government, he was involved in setting up and streamlining departments and implementation programs, especially in and for the benefit of the social domain.

Then he sets the plan in motion, involves the group and keeps an open perspective to make adjustments where necessary. It is especially in complex situations that he creates cooperation and gets parties moving.
