As an extrovert and enthusiastic driving force, Roderik makes connections easily. Roderik can be characterized as a transition and program manager with a good combination of achieving results and involving employees in the necessary changes. As a consultant, program manager and (interim) manager at the municipal government, he was involved in setting up and streamlining departments and implementation programs, especially in and for the benefit of the social domain.

In change processes, Roderik looks for the underlying structures and personal beliefs before making choices. Then he sets the plan in motion, involves the group and keeps an open perspective to make adjustments where necessary. It is especially in complex situations that he creates cooperation and gets parties moving. By making a creative, substantive contribution, by building bridges and working from a structured approach, Rodeik is able to achieve intended and supported results.

As a manager, Roderik has a lot of experience in organizing and streamlining business operations and involving partners around the municipality and interest representatives.
