She likes to get the best out of people and is curious about what drives them. By combining this genuine interest with her knowledge and skills as a marketer, coach and consultant, she achieves good results.

Monique has experience in leading and developing a team that includes both HBO and academically trained professionals. Her goal is to help teams function better by using the available knowledge and skills and allowing people to do what they can excel at. She believes it is important to leave a solid foundation for a team and organization, so that changes are permanent and further development is possible.
