As an agile coach and university lecturer, Mariëlle is committed to spreading agile thinking and working, especially in fields outside IT. She knows from her own experience that the agile core principle of self-organization generates energy. It encourages people to do cool things together. Colleagues and customers often describe Mariëlle as enthusiastic and positive, a real self-starter who enjoys working with others. Mariëlle prefers to work in environments with a lot of diversity.
