John Froger

John has built extensive experience as a Consultant, (Program) Director, and Executive at the top level in both the public and private sectors over more than 35 years.
He has been a member of various advisory boards, including the Review Board of the Dutch Police, the Advisory Council of Rijkswaterstaat, the Advisory Council for the Health Care Inspectorate, and the IT Committee of the Public Prosecution Service. In these advisory boards, besides general governance issues, topics related to information provision and the adaptation of business processes at strategic and partly tactical levels are discussed.

In the past ten years, he has held multiple advisory roles. Due to his extensive experience, he is frequently requested as an independent process facilitator and advisor in complex situations.
Recently (February 2022), he conducted research on how Hansken can be best rolled out within the police force, as the platform is currently underutilized. John's expertise lies in IT strategy for large public organizations, shaping IT governance, change management, and addressing complex issues requiring governance experience.
