Bouko has 25 years of experience in complex projects and programs, primarily in the domain of digital transitions. He has experience both as a Project or Program Manager and as a member of steering committees for multinational projects or programs.

Bouko is an analytical and connecting leader with experience in the necessary change management associated with digital business transformation. In situations where multiple stakeholder groups or organizations need to work on a joint assignment, he excels at forging connections between teams. A well-supported roadmap of changes is key to successful transformations.

His experience spans both classical and modern project management knowledge.
