Highberg holding - Amsterdam, Zoetermeer & Utrecht
At Highberg, we are seeking a Senior IT Manager to strengthen our growing organization. Highberg is a consulting firm with best-in-class expertise in organizational, digital, and sustainable transformations. With more than 450 professionals across the Netherlands and Germany, Highberg continues to expand through an active M&A strategy — bringing multiple entities together under one unified brand and infrastructure.
As Senior IT Manager, you will play a central role in driving the operational integration of IT across our group entities. Highberg is building a unified, scalable and professional IT landscape that supports our rapid growth; international expansion, and ongoing harmonization efforts across all group entities. You play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into effective technology solutions, leading group-wide process harmonization, and ensuring our applications and infrastructure are reliable, secure and future-proof.
Your focus will be on building and documenting clear business and IT processes (covering areas such as Sales, CRM, HR, and data flows), coordinating projects that bring together diverse stakeholder needs, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality IT landscape across the organization.

- Lead IT integration projects across multiple entities, aligning systems, processes, and stakeholders toward unified, group-wide standards.
- Map, analyze, and document business and IT processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in collaboration with functional teams.
- Manage and coordinate external IT providers and service partners, translating business needs into clear technical requirements, monitoring performance, and selecting new vendors where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement of the IT landscape, including license management, security, compliance, and harmonization of applications and infrastructure.
- Plan and deliver user training and communication to ensure adoption and effective use of IT systems.
- Support the development of a scalable IT environment that enables Highberg’s growth and operational excellence.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and the leadership team to prioritize and execute IT initiatives.
- Create an IT department with the director that delivers operations excellence and offers a valuable asset to Highberg.
