What are you going to do as Senior Change Management Consultant?
As a Senior Consultant Change Management, you are the sparring partner for C-level executives on complex transformation challenges related to themes such as digitalization, sustainability, and organizational agility.
With a clear vision on organizational development, you help people gain insights and take action by equipping them with the right tools. You know that this is how the most sustainable and successful change happens. You quickly identify bottlenecks and have a keen sense of what is needed for continuous improvement. You recognize organizational patterns and challenge the underlying beliefs that sustain them.
Your work as Senior Change Management Consultant at Highberg
- Shaping and driving change for leading clients;
- Designing and executing interventions along the dimensions of Process, Governance, Behavior, and Leadership;
- Acting as a trusted sparring partner for managers and employees on the work floor;
- Delivering presentations, workshops, and training sessions; guiding individuals and teams through transitions;
- Generating new business; taking a leading role in proposals and sales initiatives;
- Independently managing programs and projects;
- Sharing knowledge and coaching colleagues;
- Taking a leading role in internal events and initiatives;
- Supporting your colleagues to excel just as much as your clients.
What are we asking?
A completed Master’s degree (WO);
7+ years of relevant experience in external consultancy, implementation, and/or change projects;
Proven expertise in areas such as project and change management, process thinking, strategy execution, governance, leadership, and/or other emerging business management themes';
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

You have a clear vision on change management;
You have a proven track record in generating sales with new clients through your professional network;
You think conceptually, and are results-oriented and driven;
You possess strong organizational awareness and excellent communication skills.
