What are you going to do as senior change consultant?

You are entrepreneurial, analytical, pragmatic and a real connector. As an experienced consultant you combine your knowledge of complex and change issues with a fresh outlook, an energetic personality and surprising, innovative ideas.

You know how to realize and market your vision of change to existing and new clients. You know better than anyone the necessity of change management and know how to use it to realize or strengthen the strategy and policy of an organization. In the implementation phase, you know what is really needed to get people on board with the change. You ensure alignment with the colleagues involved within the organization and your own team. You manage the expectations of stakeholders and you represent the business during the development process.

What you’ll be doing as senior change consultant:

  • Shape change from complex issues and increase its role both with our appealing clients and internally;
  • Further develop our vision on change management and develop and expand our propositions;
  • Work and make interventions on the axes: Process, Control, Behavior and Leadership;
  • Being the sparring partner at C-level on various change issues;
  • Giving presentations, workshops and trainings, guiding individuals and teams in transition;
  • Generating sales; leading role in quotation processes and (re)sales;
  • Independent program/project leadership, leading role at internal events and/or activities, sharing knowledge with colleagues and coaching, mentoring talented colleagues.

What are we asking?

  • A completed WO Master's degree;

  • +7 years of relevant work experience in solving complex and change related issues;

  • Excellent fluency in Dutch and English.

Who are you?

  • You have knowledge of e.g. project and change management, process thinking, strategy execution, control, leadership and/or other new relevant business topics;

  • You have an entrepreneurial, results-oriented and driven mindset;

  • Someone who possesses organizational sensitivity and excellent communication skills.
