Your work as Scrum Master/Agile Coach/RTE at Highberg

As a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or RTE, you are the game changer who helps professionals adopt a renewed mindset.

Your focus is on implementing sustainable changes that go beyond superficial and short-term adjustments, making your impact lasting and transforming the organization on a profound level.
Who are you?
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
Preferably, you are certified in Agile and/or Lean methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum, and have demonstrated experience with behavior change methodologies.
You are known for your energetic and inspiring interactions, and you are fluent in both Dutch and English.
You are naturally curious and stay updated on key developments within your field.
If you don't yet possess all the skills but are willing to learn, we are open to guiding your development in this journey.
