Internship Employee Experience
People Analytics & Research – Amsterdam
What are you going to do as Employee Experience intern?
Highberg's People Analytics & Research team specialises in identifying, analysing and improving employee and HR issues. The team turns data into insights and these insights are used to create value for clients: turning data into profit!
As an intern, you will work on a topical and impactful theme: the Employee Experience. You will use data, research and technology to analyse the Voice of the Employee and investigate how these insights contribute to greater job satisfaction, better retention and improved performance. Your work helps organisations to not only understand what is going on, but also to really make a difference for their employees.
Your work as Employee Experience intern at Highberg
Together, we will formulate the exact design of your internship assignment. Below we outline the work involved:
- Together with an experienced colleague, you will set up Highberg's annual Employee Experience benchmark survey;
- You will analyse the results of this survey to uncover valuable insights and trends;
- You compare the results of Highberg's benchmark survey with relevant results from client surveys;
- You make suggestions for improving and enriching the current research to ensure that we can help clients even better with it;
- You experiment with deploying AI solutions to investigate whether and how this can help enrich or improve the research;
- You present the research results and your findings clearly and convincingly in beautiful visuals with powerful recommendations.
By answering these kinds of questions, you help our clients to better understand and support their employees in realising their potential.

You are available for ≥4 days a week for at least 6 months and within 1 hour travel from our office at Amsterdam RAI.

You are enterprising, creative, flexible, result-oriented, accurate and socially adept;
You get the best out of yourself in an environment where you are challenged to go outside your comfort zone and learn new things.
