What are you going to do as intern data-driven diversity and inclusion?

Are you a motivated student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a similar HBO or WO-level program? Do you have a passion for diversity and inclusion, knowledge of data, and a desire to help organizations narrow the gender pay gap? Then, this internship at Highberg is the perfect opportunity for you!

The People, Leadership and Culture team is specialized in identifying, analyzing, and improving employee and HR issues. Over the years, we have further developed our expertise in diversity and inclusion, becoming one of the leading companies in equal pay research. As an intern in equal pay, you will research how we can support organizations in reducing wage disparities.

Your work as intern data-driven diversity and inclusion at Highberg

  • Developing recommendations and advisory reports for organizations to promote equal pay.
  • Assisting in implementing equal pay measures and monitoring their effectiveness.
  • Contributing to awareness campaigns within organizations to emphasize the impact of equal pay

What are we asking?

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • Digital/IT savvy and beta-analytic.

Who are you?

  • You are an enthusiastic and motivated student in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a similar study at the HBO/WO level;

  • You have an affinity for diversity, inclusion, and equal pay and are familiar with current developments in this field;

  • You are initiative-driven, creative, flexible, results-oriented, accurate, and socially adept.

What are we offering?

  • A competitive internship allowance (EUR 500 per month);

  • 25 vacation days (with a fulltime internship).

About the team

The People-Leadership-Culture team within Highberg is 30 people strong. Within the domain of People-Leadership-Culture we focus on a number of HR domains: People Analytics, Talent Acquisition & Retention, Leadership, Employee Experience, Vitality & Absenteeism, Strategic Workforce Planning, Culture and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. On these domains it is our objective to create measurable and lasting impact in close collaboration with our clients. Therefore our approach is data-driven and covers both strategy and execution. Within the team we strive towards autonomy, mastery and purpose for each team member, we are wary of red-tape and regularly come together for social activities. After all, work should be fun!
