You work as Executive Assistant at Highberg

  • Maintain diaries for board members, schedule internal and external meetings, conference calls, video conferences, communicate with external contacts and internal staff as appropriate;
  • Prepare and organize meetings, including agenda management, keeping a log of action points, and follow-up;
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, rail tickets, etc;
  • Prepare letters, proposals, contracts, and other documents;
  • Assist with greeting visitors, booking, and setting up meeting rooms, and organizing catering;
  • Assist in the organization of board documentation and offices;
  • Assist with operational HR activities for corporate staff.

What are we asking?

  • Completed HBO degree in a legal field;

  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • Finally, you are available for 40 hours a week.

  • Ability to juggle several tasks at once, to prioritize, and manage your own time and willing to step outside their job description when required;

  • Strong service focus, dedicated to meeting the expectations of all staff by securing effective relationships with clients and executing deliverables to the highest standards;

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;

  • You take initiative and can work independently;

  • Able to handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity.
