Your tasks and responsibilities as an Employee Experience Consultant at Highberg:

You are the trusted advisor who explains EX methods such as Voice of the Employee and Journey Mapping to clients and helps them design and implement EX programs.

In summary, the tasks and responsibilities of an Employee Experience Consultant are:

  • You will contribute to the position of Highberg as #1 People Analytics agency in the BeNeLux by writing content, hosting webinars, speaking at conferences, writing proposals, etc;
  • You help clients formulating an EX strategy;
  • Subsequently you support clients with making the ambition actionable using Voice of the Employee and Journey Mapping is important methods;
  • Consequently you coach the client in their transformation journey, or you take on the role of transformation lead yourself;
  • You manage the budget and team of data specialists working on the EX transformation.

What are we asking?

  • You have a Master's degree;

  • You have over 5 years of working experience, including several years of working with Voice of the Employee, Journey Mapping;

  • You have experience working with (HR) data.

  • Your verbal and written Dutch and English are at professional level;

  • Participation in pre-employment screening, this is part of our application process;

  • You live within the 'circle' Utrecht - Leiden -Alkmaar - Almere;

  • Finally, you are available for at least four days a week.

You will join the People, Leaderschip & Culture team that is part of the Organizational & Sustainability Transformation hub.
