What are you going to do as Data Engineer?

Are you ready to harness your data engineering skills to optimize Employee Experience and drive organizational performance of renowned brands? We are seeking a Data Engineer who is passionate about human behavior and aspires to play Champions League People Analytics.

As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in HR projects focusing on people themes such as Engagement, Vitality & Absenteeism, Turnover, Diversity & Inclusion, and Strategic Workforce Planning. You will build and maintain the foundation that is required for BI and Data Science and empowers our clients to make data-driven people and organization decisions.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Data Engineer:

  • Collaborate in Agile DevOps teams as Data Engineer.
  • Design, Develop and Operate big data platforms.
  • Extract, ingest and transform datasets, including data modelling, enabling BI and Data Science.
  • Contribute to our thought leadership by sharing experiences and ideas with colleagues and clients in channels like webinars, social media posts, etc.
  • Collaborate with commercial colleagues in developing client propositions.

What are we asking?

  • Bachelor's degree;

  • You are originally from a EEA country and are living in the Netherlands;

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in Data Engineering;

  • Strong knowledge of data processing frameworks and ETL pipelines;

  • Proficient in Python and SQL preferably with experience in Azure, Databricks, and PowerBI;

  • Available for ≥ 4 days a week and within 1 hour’s travel of our Amsterdam RAI office;

  • Proficient in English; German language skills are a plus.
