Your work as Change Specialist at HIGHBERG
As part of the SPLC team, you will:
- Guide organizations through complex change and implementation processes;
- Act as a sparring partner for executives and management on topics like strategy execution, governance, leadership, and organizational development;
- Translate strategic goals into actionable change programs;
- Collaborate with consultants and experts at the intersection of people, process, and strategy;
- Contribute to Highberg’s growth through knowledge sharing and expanding our client network.
What are we asking?
A completed Master’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Organizational Studies, Psychology, Public Administration, or similar);
2 to 5 years of experience as an internal project lead, program manager, HR advisor, or organizational consultant in a corporate, government, or NGO context;
Proven experience in project and change management, process thinking, strategy execution, and governance;
Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
A results-driven and collaborative mindset.
