Business Controller

Reports and Analyses: Preparing periodic reports and analyses related to financial performance, such as revenue and margin development, productivity, rates, and cash flow;

Budgeting and Forecasting: Preparing and presenting reliable forecasts and budgets, providing insight into the underlying drivers of revenue and costs;

Stakeholder Management: Effectively managing relationships with various stakeholders within the organization;

Ad-hoc Analyses: Conducting ad-hoc analyses and business cases to support decision-making;

Translating Complex Data: Translating complex financial data into clear and actionable insights for the business;

Business Partner: Acting as a business partner to the Managing Director and the management team, providing proactive advice.

Completed HBO/WO education in Finance, Business Economics, or a similar field;

3-6 years of experience in a similar role;

Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities;

Experience in preparing financial reports, analyses, and budgets;

Strong communication skills and experience with stakeholder management;

A proactive attitude with the ability to independently initiate and implement improvements;

Experience with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Excel;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
