What are you going to do as B2B Marketing Manager?
As our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in positioning Highberg as a leading European consultancy. You’ll translate our strategy into a sharp, recognizable brand presence across markets - ensuring our marketing efforts build visibility, generate qualified leads, and expand client relationships.
You’ll work closely with up to eight marketing theme-lead consultants, and the marketing team to develop integrated campaigns that connect our capabilities - from strategy and change to digital transformation and people performance - to client needs across industries.

Your work as B2B Marketing Manager at #HIGHBERG
- Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that strengthen Highberg’s market position in Europe; Align marketing priorities with commercial goals, supporting our brand development and business vision; And collaborate with business leaders to create targeted go-to-market plans for priority industries and services.
- Brand & Communications: Ensure all communications reflect Highberg’s brand, style and tone; Lead brand activation across campaigns, events, and digital platforms; And oversee production of brand content; videos, thought leadership content, whitepapers, podcasts and event content.
- Demand Generation & CRM: Own campaign planning and execution across HubSpot, LinkedIn, and email channels and paid advertising; Design lead-nurture workflows to convert awareness into opportunities.
- Content & Thought Leadership; Collaborate with consultants to turn insights into compelling stories and create theme based campaigns; Oversee a consistent publishing rhythm for content and campaigns; And build visibility for Highberg’s key themes.
- Performance & Insights; Track marketing performance using a range of platforms including search console, GA, Brightedge; Report on KPIs including lead quality, campaign ROI, and brand engagement metrics; And continuously improve based on data, feedback, and experimentation
What are we asking?
5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing, preferably ex agency.
Knowledge of professional services highly advantageous.
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
Analytical mindset with confidence in measuring marketing effectiveness from past experiences.
Collaborative spirit - you enjoy meeting people, co-creating with consultants and partners across countries.
Fluency in English and Dutch a must (German is useful).
