Yentl Langenberg

Yentl is an HR advisor at Highberg and, together with her HR colleagues, is responsible for both current and prospective employees at Highberg. Yentl plays a crucial role in managing personnel and payroll administration, the company car fleet, recruitment and selection, and coordinating the onboarding of new colleagues. Additionally, she handles all matters related to training and development programs.

What drives Yentl is the variety in her work and the social interactions, which make every day interesting, educational, enjoyable, and challenging. Most important to her is being able to assist colleagues with a wide range of questions on various (HR) topics and provide them with advice.

Yentl chose Highberg because of the opportunity to initiate new ideas, develop herself in different areas, and the freedom to be herself and bring out her best. All this is done in an environment surrounded by supportive colleagues.
