Peter is an Associate Data & AI at Highberg. He is an energetic and results-driven data and technology leader with a solid background in designing, setting up, and implementing Business-IT transformation programs, as well as leading process and information analysis, architecture, data science, software, and data engineering. He has over 20 years of experience in both IT and product management.

Peter is passionate about leveraging AI, Open Source, and Cloud technology for significant societal and organizational challenges. He has strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing him to distill complex information (data, technology) to its essence for people with diverse backgrounds at strategic, tactical, and operational levels within organizations.
Peter brings a combination of business process analysis, technical and engineering expertise, analytical skills, management experience, and the ability to lead organizational change. He has provided guidance on numerous projects in logistics, the maritime industry, retail, energy, and telecommunications. Peter enjoys making complex matters simple and intuitive, and helping organizations gain control of their strategy. In this way, a learning culture is created by helping to understand, showing how to improve, and providing support to do it yourself.
