As Business Controller, Michel shares responsibility for the financial and fiscal operations of Highberg Digital. After working for six previous employers, Michel has found a unique combination at Highberg that has suited him well for many years. His most notable recent project was overseeing the implementation of a new ERP-like administrative system for knowledge-intensive organizations. Teamwork, personal skills, and expertise in organizational and administrative processes were key ingredients for the successful delivery of this project.
