Mark has an interest in large, complex assignments with intricate stakeholder relationships and/or public exposure. He values assignments that are socially relevant, where he can contribute to the well-being, safety, or satisfaction of clients, patients, or citizens. In addition to business, managerial, or financial results, this provides Mark with an additional non-material human satisfaction. While some people enjoy exploring the complex flavors of wine or intricate musical compositions, Mark finds satisfaction in understanding the complexity of organizational cultures, business processes, information systems, and organizational structures, and using his experience to translate these issues into simple, practical, and understandable solutions and ‘getting the job done.’ Due to his extensive interim and project management experience, Mark is capable of adapting his profile to fit the assignment at hand—whether at a directorial or team leader level—always in an approachable, connecting, and people-oriented manner. His program management experience also enables him, as an IT support Project Manager, to seamlessly collaborate with his fellow Program Manager for programs.
