At Highberg Digital, Kelly is responsible for HR, which means ensuring that strategic HR themes receive the attention they deserve by implementing new initiatives in this area. She works alongside the executive team and management to uphold the strategic direction that has been set and develops or refines HR policies and tools. Additionally, Kelly oversees the operational management of the HR team within Highberg Digital. Together with her HR colleagues, she manages recruitment and selection processes, ensures a well-organized personnel and payroll administration, and provides an engaging range of training and development opportunities for employees.

What drives Kelly is helping people bring out the best in themselves. She finds energy in discovering the story behind each individual, connecting people, and working together toward a common goal. Each day, she sees as a new challenge to support and facilitate (future) colleagues as effectively as possible from an HR perspective. Whether it’s supporting personal development or speaking with candidates about working at Highberg, Kelly approaches her work with great enthusiasm.
