John's motto is: "It’s time for change, in thinking and doing." John has over 40 years of experience advising organizations on how smart use of IT services can help them run their business. Starting with a technical background, giving him unparalleled knowledge of its limitations and possibilities, he has increasingly focused on showing that IT is a facilitator for business operations and encouraging organizations to think about this.

John is a pragmatist. His ambivalence allows him to shed light on both sides of the coin. Honest and straightforward, political games are foreign to him. Once John has formed an opinion after consideration and substantiation, it is very difficult to change his mind. His clients appreciate this trait and often use it as his strength, seeing him as a functional crowbar.

John has many hobbies and interests that share a common factor: creative thinking. His standard is always 'out-of-the-box', different from others, different from standard solutions, and sometimes even completely contrary to what you would expect.
