Gregor Hendrikse

Gregor has been responsible for projects at the intersection of business and ICT in various architecture roles for over 25 years. Since 2008, he has been working as an Architect at Highberg.

Gregor possesses the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience to collaborate with a design team in developing a reference architecture. In many of his assignments, the role of bridging the gap between Business and IT has been central.

Drawing from his technical background, he translates the functional requirements and desires formulated by the business into technical solutions that align with the established (architecture) standards and frameworks. His primary interest lies in innovative projects with a mobile component, often referred to as Enterprise Mobility. Examples of activities Gregor has recently carried out include formulating a strategic vision on connectivity, developing a mobile reference architecture, and acquiring a concrete solution based on a Program of Requirements.

In recent years, he has been particularly active in the telecom sector, utilities, and healthcare. Developments in the mobile field are progressing rapidly. New technologies such as 4G, 5G, and LoRa are emerging at a fast pace, having a significant impact on both our personal and professional lives. This dynamism greatly appeals to Gregor. The combination of different roles and assignments results in a highly varied, diverse, and challenging workload.
