Emmy helps organizations modernize their rewards policy and apply HR analytics. She supports companies throughout the entire process, from strategic advice to implementation and impact measurement. In her approach, Emmy combines a qualitative and quantitative perspective: she thinks along about the strategy, motivation and identity of organizations and ensures that complex analyses are made clear and applicable. She has successfully contributed to projects for ING and various clients at Highberg, among others, where she renewed reward structures, aligned employment conditions with organizational goals and provided data-driven substantiation for decision-making.
