He approaches this with a team mindset, acting as the connecting factor who knows how to engage stakeholders and empower them. Anton sees countless opportunities for organizations to extract more value from their data. This requires not only a technical solution but also adjustments in the way of working. He guides organizations in their digital maturity, with a focus on data and AI. He has developed data strategies, set up data science teams, optimized cloud migrations, and developed algorithms, including predictions and optimizations. All of this is done while playing a connecting role between business and data. That is where his distinctive strength lies. Anton is not only technically skilled but also understands what the business aims to achieve. He has developed both deeply and broadly by combining experience with education: an Executive MBA from RSM Erasmus University and the Data Expert program from the Jheronimus Academy of Data Science (JADS). Hands-on by developing algorithms himself and goal-oriented by effectively involving the organization in a data-driven way of working. Anton excels at connecting and empowering people because he can communicate clearly with everyone from C-level executives to data specialists, speaking their language.
