Alexander Kahlmann is Partner and Hub Lead DACH at Highberg. He has been advising for over 20 years large and medium-sized clients from media, professional services, financial services and manufacturing on the design and implementation of major optimisation programmes. His focus is on the agile digital transformation of organisations with the aim of increasing results and accelerating innovation. He has also led a large number of complex restructuring, integration and reorganisation projects in Europe, Asia and Latin America.
