At Highberg, we have embarked on a journey of building the leading transformation consulting group in Europe through strategic acquisitions and strong organic growth. Mark van Dijk is Chief Executive Officer of Highberg since February 2026. Previously he served as Chief Operating Officer for Northern Europe at dentsu. In earlier roles within the organization, he served as CEO for the Benelux and the Netherlands.

Jan-Pieter van Vreeswijk is Chief Financial Officer of Highberg since July 2024.  Previously he served as Group finance &amp; integration director and CFO at HeadFirst.

Layla Dolfen is Chief Operating Officer of Highberg since November 2025. Previously she served as the COO of Pawlik Consultants GmbH and she was a member of the Executive Board of Pawlik Digital AG.

Juli 2020 – BlinkLane Consulting and Gladwell Academy receive capital from Germany’s Auctus Capital Partners to accelerate its international expansion plans 
May 2021 – BlinkLane Consulting, Gladwell Academy and Verdonck, Klooster &amp; Associates (VKA) combine their forces
Jan 2022 – BlinkLane Consulting, Gladwell Academy, and VKA together form Highberg Group
Jan 2022 – Highberg Group welcomes business consultancy House of Performance
Feb 2022 – Highberg Group enters the German market with the acquisition of Schickler strategy consultants
May 2022 – Highberg Group strengthens its coaching and training capabilities with the acquisition of AgilityMasters 
Dec 2022 – AnalitiQs joins Highberg Group growing its human resource analytics capabilities
Juli 2024 - BexerHamstra joins Highberg Group strengthen our position in organizational transformation
Dec 2024 - Leertouwer-van Dijck (LVDU) a specialist team of senior trainers and consultants focused on leadership, team coaching, and cultural change joins Highberg
Dec 2024  - Bureau Baarda a consulting firm specializing in job evaluation and compensation policy, has joined Highberg
