Gamified Onboarding Game: Learn by Doing

  • A dynamic onboarding game that introduces new employees to the company culture, values, and work processes
  • Interactive challenges, badges based on accomplishments and ownership and leaderboards to keep friendly competition and engagement high
  • Encourages teamwork and exploration, making learning fun and effective
  • There are at the moment seven fun missions. The average time is seven weeks, but Highbergers have autonomy to choose their assignments at their own pace

Physical Rituals: Making Connections Real

  • Office tours and personal introductions to ensure a warm welcome
  • Social moments, like our signature Cake & Lunch event with leadership, fostering direct connections
  • One-on-one mentoring sessions to provide personal guidance and career direction
  • A buddy system to support new employees beyond their first weeks
