BexerHamstra, part of Highberg, and Bureau Baarda merge
BexerHamstra, part of Highberg, is strengthening its position in organizational transformation and remuneration policy by merging with Bureau Baarda. Bureau Baarda is a consultancy specializing in issues of job evaluation and remuneration.

Bureau Baarda specializes in modern compensation and talent management and has proven to be a reliable and innovative partner for organizations in these areas.
Baarda’s activities align seamlessly with the services provided by both BexerHamstra and Highberg. For example, Baarda uses its own digital platform, Proodoss, specifically designed to make new reward strategies immediately effective. Through this new partnership, clients of BexerHamstra and Highberg gain access to an even broader range of services and tools. Conversely, clients of Bureau Baarda can now benefit from the extended offerings of the Highberg group of organizations.

Bureau Baarda is the most recent addition to the Netherlands-based Highberg group. Over the past three years, Highberg has welcomed seven consulting firms into its network, including BexerHamstra most recently. The organization now employs 450 professionals across offices in Germany, France, India, and four locations in the Netherlands.
