About MST
From our experience as a trusted partner in more than a hundred large-scale transformations, we know that organizational change is complex and requires a solid programmatic approach to succeed. Managing Successful Transformations (MST 3.1®) is Highberg's exclusive framework for structuring organizational transformation and ensuring its quality. The framework is based on proven patterns for successful organizational transformations, derived from the 15 years of experience of our consultants supporting our clients through large-scale change. In addition, the framework integrates insights from an extensive body of knowledge on change management, including “Leading Change” by John Kotter and “Lean Change” by Jason Little.
