More and more organizations are working to improve diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within their organizations, with the goal of providing a more inclusive workplace, creating equal opportunities, and reflecting a more diverse society. Or, to comply with upcoming legislation and regulations. But how can you, as an organization, get started with this? And how do you measure whether your organization is inclusive and offers equal opportunities?
The Data-Driven DEI Masterclass first delves into the individual themes of diversity, equity, and inclusion. What do these mean for an organization and why are they important? To increase the level of DEI in the organization, you, as a DEI professional, can no longer rely on gut feelings; you need data to support your decisions. That’s why in this masterclass, you will learn how to analyze where your organization currently stands, using a so-called baseline measurement. We will discuss which themes are important for an organization and what data you can collect to perform this measurement.
In the afternoon session, we will focus on analyzing the results of the baseline measurement. What analyses can you perform based on what data, and how can you translate the insights from these analyses into actions? We will also discuss how to create a DEI program and how to measure the effectiveness of this program, making adjustments where necessary. All with the goal of promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive organization.
Throughout the masterclass, you will learn the importance of Data-Driven DEI, and through theory, exercises, and practical examples, you will leave ready to take the next step for your organization.
